Faith HF Lumut Retreat

The highlight of my mid term holidays was definitely the Faith Home Fellowship Retreat to Lumut from 2nd-4th June. The theme was "Give Me An Undivided Heart". We went to Marina Cove Sherwood Resort. Arrived in church at 8.40AM. Kym followed my car. Surprisingly, 3 hours didn't seem long b'cos we were busy playing Sequence and Four Crowns in the backseat. Had lunch at Kampung Koh before heading to the resort.

Arrived at the resort right on time: 2.30PM. Headed up to our apartments. Here's the view from my room:

Sunset from my window

The Marina Water Park which is separated by a fence from
the rest of the resort

The car park-cum-beach soccer-cum-beach volleyball area

We went swimming right away. The little kids rented a float, then a crocodile. Haha. Then, had dinner. Gathered at Kym's apartment (cos it's bigger than the other two, I don't know why). Watched a 20 minute video on "Contemplative Prayer". It highlights Psalm 46:10. A great psalm to meditate on. Then there was a personality test by Aunty Mei Lin. I turned out to be a phlegmatic-melancholic person. Haha. Means I'm stoical, cool, composed and kind of emo. Lol. So was Wei Shern and Joseph. Hehe. Which explains why we get along well.

Me, Wei Shern and Joseph went down to walk around cos we didn't want to play games. Walked around the pool and outside until 11.30PM and then we joined the rest while they were playing games for awhile.

The next day, me, Mervy and Jo went down for breakfast. It was so-so. Breakfast served in the apartment prepared by my mum and Aunty Alice was way better. Had our morning service and a message by Uncle Chee Beng.

After that, we all took a ferry to Pangkor Island. Had to wait so long for the ferry. And there were so many people. The air smelled like sweat. Ew. But the trip there which took 40 minutes was great. There were so many jellyfishes. Seriously. So many.

It was really hot the whole day. We took a van (it's pink and they're the taxis of the island, they're almost the only vehicles on the road, except for a lot of motorcycles) to Seaview Restaurant. The food there was good. Especially the fried calamari. After that, we walked along the beach. Spotted some dead jellyfishes. And Mervy used a stick to get them on the sand.

The beach (can you spot me and Mervy at the side?)

Rocks =D

Cool, right?

Here's another

Wei Shern, Ze, me, Lydidi and Melody

Mum and Aunty Mee Ching with their cool hats, haha

The ladies

Bought lots of foodstuff. Then we headed home around 5.55PM and reached Lumut at 6.20PM. After bathing and washing up, we camwhored a bit. First, it was me and Mervy. We locked Nicholas in the room and took photos with him alone before everyone else forced themselves in. Haha.

Nicholas (he's really cute and he always says "What nonsense", hehe, wonder why)

Me and Mervy

Smiles

This was totally Mervy's idea, which is why he does it so well, lol

Then we went outside and took photos again. Always the same backdrop kind of boring, right? Uncle Andrew and Aunty Mee Ching were outside with Joseph's parents.

This is a nice one

We were s'posed to look proud... s'posed to lah, haha

I cannot do "lala" poses lah... But Wei Shern totally rocks this one, right? Haha

Kym calls this a formal family photo =)

All lovey-dovey... especially Mervy (all that love, but no one to give it to, lol)

This look says "Huh?" (Wei Shern is, as always, lost XP)

Looking elsewhere

The big family (Kym says this is more natural, agreed?)

All of us, again (Aunty Mee Ching took both the above for us, she was like, "Eh, look here lah... Oh, y'all pretending wan ah?" HAHAHA)

That night we were free after dinner. Played Pictionary and Taboo. Youths vs. adults. Being youths, we assumed we would win. Haha. But the adults beat us by 4 points only lah. We had our own Taboo game and then went downstairs to play Pictionary by the pool. My drawing skills are horrible. Haha. My horse looks anything but a horse. And I can't even draw a guitar. Brian draws from the wrong angles. Joseph draws really quickly. And Lydia doesn't know what she's trying to draw. Lol.

At 12.30AM, me, Mervy, Jo, Wei Shern and Joseph headed upstairs to our apartment (Wei Shern and Joseph were gonna stay in our apartment since all the girls were next door and there was no more space). We played a round of Five Crowns and Bluff. I'm terrible at lying. Hehe. In the end I was left with so many cards.

I took this photo of Wei Shern, it looks so cool, right? Mervy says it's like his soul is being ripped out... =D

We only slept at 3AM. That's the longest I've ever lasted! Vincent woke me up when he called. He was out cycling and asked me to come out. But I couldn't since I haven't changed. But I saw him from the balcony anyway. After I bathed and all, went down with Mervy (who waited for me) to meet Vincent at the theme park.

Had to go upstairs for our devotion session. Then at 11AM we all packed up, checked out and left for the beach. Here, we took more photos:

Four of us

9 of us

=)

What is Mervy smiling at?

I was only gonna post the photo before this, but for your sake,
Mervy, I posted this one too =D

It's that pose that Mervy invented again, haha, look at Melody!

UH...

Jo in the car being damn gaya (so says Kym)

We went to Sitiawan for lunch. Ate at Bei King Restaurant. After that, headed home. Bought from several stalls by the roadside. Dad drove real fast and took all the shortcuts. We arrived home so quickly. Wei Shern was still way behind =P Haha.

It was a great retreat lah. Missing it so much. Now I wake up and I don't hear Uncle Chee Beng's voice outside. Haha. There's something nice about going away with other members of the Lord's house and just relaxing. Being back in Klang, the surroundings are so different.

Most importantly, I learnt about giving God an undivided heart. After stumbling in my Christian life, it's been a little in the balance. And we all lead busy lives, that God, in Uncle Chee Beng's words, "gets what's left of our hearts, as we divide it according to the different things and persons in our lives". So we need to slow down and set our priorities right. Give whole attention to the Lord and everything else will matter less. All the things that we say we have to do will seem more petty when we focus on doing the things that He says we have to do.

"Be still and know that I am God"

Learn to Trust the Master

What I shared at devotion today, for my devotion buddies, this post is gonna be about the same thing. But it's not just about exams. It's a situation God used to show me. And everything is so timely.

Abandoned. How does it feel to feel abandoned? Bad. Really. But I'm just feeling abandoned, I'm not abandoned. I know that. But we humans rely so much on feelings and forget the promises of God in the Bible. He cares for me. He cares for you. He cares for all. That will never change. It hasn't changed since the beginning of time until now.

I release my worries and petition them in prayer before Him. And though I still don't feel His presence, I know I have to trust Him. I'm learning... to breathe. Heard of that song? Switchfoot. Yes. That's the one. 'This is the way that I say I need You. This is the way that I'm learning to breathe. I'm learning to crawl. I'm finding that You and You alone can break my fall.'

I read a devotion e-mail which I got today. It tells a story of a guy who brings his dog to a car wash. It never occurred to him that the car wash would scare his dog. But it did. He could see why. For his dog was faced with something new and scary. “Don’t panic. The car wash was my idea.” “I’ve done this before.” “It’s for the car's good.” Ever tried to explain a car wash to a canine? Hopeless. It'll never work. And so it was the same for the guy. His dog continued howling with fear.

Isn't that the same as us? God speaks to us. His quiet voice. But we pay no attention to Him, and like the dog, it is almost as if we do not understand Him. But we do. He speaks in a language that we understand. God created languages, after all. We go about our busy (so we think) lives and when problems come, we question God. But His biggest blessings come disguised. Some of us wonder how can that be true? Who are we to question God. His ways are far off from anything we will ever understand. Imagine the difference between our wisdom and God's wisdom? Unimaginable, really.

The guy I mentioned still brings his dog to the car wash. She's howling less. But she most probably doesn't know what the machinery is. She's just learning to trust her master. Maybe we'll learn to do that too.

This is not good. I think I'm getting into my I-suddenly-wanna-blog mood. And mid-yr exams are two days away. Oh well.

Anyway, today I really got to know one of my friends. Like, she actually trusted me when she told me all she told me. Not that I intend to let my mouth run anyway. It kind of resonated in me. What she told me. Everyone is the same. It's just who you let it be known to. I always speak about something without actually letting it known directly. When I read all these posts again, I'm gonna wonder what I was talking about.

Got new timetable tomorrow. Starting with SS. =D I should spend that time studying. Aih. The doors of my mind are closed tight and everything I'm reading is bouncing off the doors and no one is unlocking it (the doors). Aih. I feel like the war is close and my sword isn't forged yet. Haha.

Oh no. I just found out something. How can this be? No, you can't come! Of course not! It's supposed to be a getaway for me to get away from stuff that annoy me and just spend time with people I like. OH NO! Yeesh. I don't have a problem, really. I just have an issue. Ah! How did you find out about it anyway? Omg omg omg... It'll be like, major PDA and paradise for you. I cannot imagine! So I'll stop trying. Not that I wanted to at all.

I'm gonna go stop myself from shouting out loud now...

HOW CAN THIS BE?

. . . . . .

I've regained my composure. It shouldn't be that bad. I mean, will it? I can't do anything. Just manage lah, right? Yes, right. Just manage. I'm gonna end this post cause I'm just talking to myself. OK OK, tuition at 5. Gotta go pack. Bye-bye.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!
To all mothers... especially mine XD
What d'you guys do for your mum? Actually, I didn't do anything. Haha. My elder bro did. He brought us out for dinner at Rakuzen Japanese Restaurant at Jalan Raja Chulan, KL. Since I haven't blogged in awhile, I've got something to share now. Hehe. More like a memory I wanna keep imprinted forever.
It was a great place. Sort of like Japanese fine dining, but not exactly. Ambience was alright. Different parts of the restaurant had different lighting and decor. I guess since it was a weekend night, the service was not as impeccable as expected. The food was great though. I'd definitely go back there. You guys can check it out too. There's once exactly opposite SJMC. It's rather old, though. But Aunty Meg says the atmostphere's good cause it's like ancient Japan. Hehe.
Anyway, me and Ko went through what we'd be ordering. Decided not to haev rice or noodles.
Here's the cutlery laid out before us. I can separate the chopsticks perfectly now. Haha. I used to suck at it and used up almost all the chopsticks at Sushi King. I'm not really good at using the chopsticks. I can get my food but the way I hold it is wrong. Mum always teases me about it. Says I'm just like Dad. But, yeah, true. Haha. Of all my siblings, I'm the one with the bad hand.
How many of you like wasabi? I don't really. The wasabi was real pretty that night though. Hehe.

Our first dish was Salmon Sashimi. There were 7 pieces altogether. Being the first time I've eaten raw seafood, it wasn't very much to my liking. I guess it's an acquired taste. But I'm definitely game for other kinds. Jo loved it, though. Hehe.

Inari! Vinegared rice in sweetened beancurd. It was the first kind of sushi I'd ever eaten, and it's a must for me to have it at every Japanese eatery I go to. Rakuzen's version was lots better than Sushi King's. Haha. Well, of course! The rice was just right and the beancurd was fresh and sweetened nicely. It enveloped the rice properly, not hanging loosely and spoiling the whole visual affair.

Definitely everyone's favourite of the night was the Dragon Roll. It's prawn topped with avocado and flying fish roe. Double thumbs up for the superb presentation. The roe was a tad crunchy, which gave it a nice bite.

This Grilled Cod is so fresh! Nicely marinated in teriyaki sauce, we quickly finished it up. I'll bet the other grilled items are good too. This was Ko's choice =D

Me, Mum and Jo ordered a temaki each. From left is mine, Jo's and Mum's. I ordered Unakyu Temaki which is roasted eel and cucumber. Jo's is California Temaki (surely everyone knows what's in that, haha). Mum ordered Negitoro Temaki which is tuna belly. The seaweed was hard to bite. It wasn't crispy and we pretty much gave up trying to bite it. Lol.

The Spider Roll. It's actually soft shell crab. This was good too. The crab is delectable! If you guys head over to Rakuzen, you HAVE to try out the rolls. Honestly!

The last roll we ordered was this Cranky Salmon Roll. It's salmon sashimi coated with spicy bonito flakes and flying fish roe. I like the ones coated with spicy bonito flakes more. Those are the ones that aren't orange. Haha.

Assorted Tempura was our last dish before we had dessert. You put some kind of cubed salt in the bowl of sauce. Then you dip the tempura. The prawn tempura was real fresh and I liked the sweet potato one.
After that, we ordered dessert. Had both their specialties: Macha Ice and Itachoco Monaka. Hehe. I ordered this time. I pronounced the second item perfectly. Hahaha. I had my green tea ice cream with red bean while Ko opted to have his sans red bean. I think it was nicer with the red bean. Now I've been converted into a green tea ice cream lover. The Itachoco Monaka is vanilla ice cream wafers with chocolate pieces. Me and Jo had something like it before. The wafers were real nice.
We were full but not stuffed. This is good cause the food didn't come all at one shot. So we have time to kind of digest a bit before adjourning to the next dish. Japanese food is pricey, though. But if you just have sushi, it's not that heavy on the pocket. Oh yeah, for Mother's Day they gave Mum this complimentary drink. There was a tinge of alcohol but it was a pleasant drink. There was pickle in it. Rakuzen was a great place. So happy Ko brought us there. Hehe.
That's what we did for Mother's Day lah. Only me, Ko and Jo cause Che's in US and Dad was flying off to Europe that night. But it was a great way to celebrate. Hehe. And the rolls came in fours, just enough for us. Haha.
Once again, Happy Mother's Day, Mum! =)

Sorry for the MAJOR lack of updates. I have nothing to write about. There'll always be a period where you'll stop blogging and then one where you come back and blog almost everyday, then you just get back to that first period again and it just goes on like that. At least for me.

Anyway, I caught Spider-Man 3 y'day at the IMAX Theatre in Berjaya Times Square. Too bad it wasn't in 3D form. Would've really rocked. It was a great show. Better than the first two. I won't say more. If not, I'll spoil the show for several of you readers.

Um, that's all lah. Not much to write about, really. Will update when I have something to talk about.

EASTER!

It's Easter again. D'you know that it is, in fact, the biggest and most important day in the entire year? I never thought of it like that until Aunty Christina mentioned it. Good Friday and Christmas is important too, but Easter signifies the day that GOD triumphed over death. He conquered what would've separated us from Him forever! Amazing, innit? I think so. And it's definitely a cause to celebrate.

KGH Easter Sunrise Service started at 7.00. Being in the choir, all of us youth had to be in church at 6.15. Really. Haha. Early, right? I had to wake up at around 5 and Wei Shern came at 6.00.

First there was the mime. Then the pantomime, where Mervy and Ruth had a duet while Wei Lyn, Lydidi and Melody acted. That was cool. After that, Sean, Boon Hoy and Joshua sang "Consecrate". The choir was the last presentation item. We performed "Love Crucified, Arose", "Mighty to Save" and a medley. I think we sang well. But with back-up. Lol.

After that, Mr. N. Thiran spoke. OK, so me and Jonathan weren't really paying attention. We didn't understand what he was talking about. Haha. When the message was over, headed upstairs for breakfast. The room we were initially in became crowded and we shifted next door. We being me, Mervy, Jonathan and Kym (who came later).

When we were done eating, we started camwhoring. Aiyah. It's unavoidable. Lol. After all, we were armed with two out of four handphones with Bluetooth and 2MP cams. What to do? Haha. Took A LOT of pics, but not all were kept, cause not all looked good. Hehe. There, our camwhoring session that lasted for a little less than an hour.

Kym wearing my specs

Jonathan wearing my specs

Here's a proper one

I think this is nice, right? Hehe...

A camwhoring session is never complete without posing =P

Me and Kym forced both of them to look cute. Lol! Mervy totally reminds me of last year's camp sketch...

Koko Joshua, me and Kym

Mervy, me and Kym

She's turned me into a camwhore! =O

Me and KK

Me and Jo [rather reluctantly XD]

Jonathan and me

Now I have new pictures! Yay! It's been ages since I last took pictures. Anyway, before I end this post, here's a verse for you to reflect on:
“What we believe is this: If we get included in Christ’s sin-conquering death, we also get included in his life-saving resurrection. We know that when Jesus was raised from the dead it was a signal of the end of death-as-the-end. Never again will death have the last word. When Jesus died, he took sin down with him, but alive he brings God down to us” Romans 6:5-9 (MSG)

I just got tagged. Here are 6 things I find weird about myself:

1) I get moody all of a sudden. I blame it on the hormones. Haha. Really. Amelia agrees. And so does Michelle. So, that's got solid witnesses.

2) I like rain and how the world looks when it's wet. I like lightning cause it brightens up the sky. I like the sound of thunderstorms. [All these have to do with rain, so it's under 1 weird thing]

3) I act like I don't care although it's the exact opposite. I guess it's just me on defense. But it isn't always like tht. It depends.

4) I have this inferiority complex.

5) I'm philosophical... sort of. But I don't think I hve any frens who are lik tht. Mayb there are some tht I can say something lik, "Life is... " and they'll layan me.

6) I find waking up at 4 or earlier in the morn to study makes me feel strangely placid.

I'm not tagging anyone... Hehe...

Sunday, 1 April 2007

Had a day-long seminar y'day: Friendship Evangelism Seminar. It was good. Challenging. I'm still thinking. OK, anyway, after tht, frm 3.00-5.00, choir rehearsal. No power to sing adi lah.

It was a tiring day, but I still wanted to go for the rock concert at Wesley tht nite. So, went with Mervy, Kym, Brian & Wei Shern. Met Li Shia, Su-Ching and Yan Teng. Oh yeah, I met a guy I haven't seen for 5 yrs. Haha. Music was good lah. Sang a number of Hillsongs. They showed a part of "The Passion of Christ". What a tearjerker ='(

After tht, going home, me and Kym saw Pn. Giam. MGS Primary gals, rmb her? Tht Science teacher with the voice so loud it was as if it was amplified by a loudspeaker. So I was a bit tentative, then I tapped her on the shoulder and yes, this will sound lame, I said, "Are you Pn. Giam?" What kind of a stupid beginning is tht, man... Anyway, a gleam of recognition instantly showed in her eyes. She took my hand and started shaking and nodding her head. Lol. I was lik, "You rmb me? You actually rmb me?" And she went, "Yes, yes." Then she cupped her hand around my chin and said, "Same face," and smiled. Hahaha. I said my name and she was lik, "Oh, yes!" lik it made her recognize me even more. Lol. Then she turned to Kym and did almost the same thing jus tht it seemed she didn't actually recognize Kym very much. Cos Kym's a yr before me also lah. She asked us sum ques, lik who else is in our yr (I rattled off the whole of 6C tht she shud rmb: Amelia, Jing Yee, Su Vien... and she was, "Oh. Oh. Yes." Haha), which church we're in, stuff lik tht. Then she looked at me up and down and said, "Wah, sui adi." Man, it was good meeting her! Hehe. I haven't met a single primary teacher since I left three yrs ago.

Kla, gotta bath adi. Signing out...

I am so blessed! Praise the Lord for He has been so good to me.

Today I got my KH and History papers. KH is 85 and History is 84! Never would I have expected such results. It has been a great week. And I am so grateful. What's more, my Science results have been upgraded. Hehe. Now my marks are 98! =D And I feel like all my papers have nothing to do with me. I did my best and GOD did the rest.

So far, I've got more As than I've ever had before in one test on its own. Haha. I am happy. So happy. =)

Tuesday, 20 March 2007

Began my day with devotion in skl. It was raining. Really nice weather.

OK, so I prayed fervently for my English paper. I tot I got one wrong, so I was prepared. Imagine my relief and thankfulness when I received my paper: 100! Omg. GOD is good! Hehe. And it's not jus cos of my papers lah. But He's been blessing me and my frens too. Amelia, Michelle, Usha, Jia Ying, Pune-chan and all got As too. I'm so happy!

After tht, had Science. I got 93 for my paper at first. Then Michelle was looking thru my paper and was lik, "This one can get one mark lah. Go and change." So now my Science marks is 95! Hehe.

Then, celebrated Teng's b'day - at last - in 3K wit Yien Wee, Lin Kee & Chew Yong [tho there were other classmates there also]. Told them my results and they gav me hugs each. Hehe. I totally love my Harmoni frens lah. They really share my joy when I do well and support me when I do badly. Anyway, I put cream on Teng's face so many times. She merajuk a bit. I was caught off guard when she herself put cream on MY face and I chased her all the way to M and bak again. Wee did it for me in the end. Haha. Me, Chew Yong, Lin Kee & Yan Teng played wit more cream until Teng had sum on her hair already and we had to stop before she got upset. Lol. Went downstairs to clean up. And as always, splashed ourselves with water. Actually, more lik me and Kee splashed Teng wit water. Basically, I had a lot of fun. Hehe. My and Teng's pinafores got sum cream and it won't go off, but I'm sure it'll be clean after they're washed.

I only got 53 for Arts lah. I cudn't care less abt it, tho. Haha.

All in all, I've gotten 5 results already. Thank the Lord tht they're all alryte and tht I've had a wonderful day today.

Monday, 19 March 2007

I'm a grandmother.

Haha. No, seriously. I'm a grandmother.

*Silence*

OK lah. Actually, my cat, Cootie gave birth to three kittens three days ago. I don't even knw who's the father! Not tht tht matters. You knw lah, dlm zaman ini... Hohoho. Anyway, Cootie's lik, orange, grey and white so her kittens are too. Hehe. They're cute. I've only seen one, but I guess they're cute. Hahaha.

Y'day nite I watched "Eragon" with Ko and Jo. They are so noisy! They keep on going lik, "This scene is lik Star Wars," "Definitely copied LOTR," "Why the fire didn't burn him wan?" "The dragon talk so dramatically lah." Ish. I tell you. Can't even watch a movie in silence. Hahaha.

Today's 1st day of skl was, um, moody, actually. The assembly's go on for ever. And we got papers and all. But for me, skl was kind of, moody. I dunno why. Oh well. Spent a good hour talking to Su Vien. Hehe. She shud be in E lah. Lol.

Chew Yong's new specs is so nice on her it's annoying! Haha. And she got 92 for Maths. Lik, 92! Of cos I was all amazed and "Argh, argh!" at first. But I'm real proud. And real happy for her. Hehe.

I got 70 for Maths only lah. I prepared myself adi lah. So, well, I really hve to buck up. And I knw. And I'll try. Yeah. Hehe. But I got 83 for BM! Tht's good lah. Haha. Cos others got B. My tutor says he's proud. Hehe.

Oh yah, abt the SPM results. Chuan Keat got 12 freaking A1s~! I'm so happy for him. 12, man! And he's so nonchalant when I asked him how he did it. Hehe. Congrats, Josh!

So, tht was all lah. And Wong Wei Shern, the game we're playing is real boring and so long-winded. Hahaha. Let's face it, our timing is always off!

Friday, 16 March 2007

Last day of skl hols until after April. At least I spent the morn out. Hehe. Went to RKC at 8.30 with my bro, Gavin, Gerard & Jacqueline. Turns out today they're cleaning the pool frm 9.00-3.00, so me, Gerard & Jacqueline only got to swim for half an hour while Jo & Gavin played basketball.

After tht, we (me and Jacqueline) took a bath, then we went upstairs, whr the boys were playing table tennis. Gerard taught me how to play table tennis!! Hehe. It's fun, actually. Now I'm getting all hyped abt it. Lol. Anyway, I only beat Jacqueline once, and lost against Gerard & Gavin. Hehe. Sweat, man. And me and Jacqueline didn't hve any extra clothes, so we made sure not to sweat as much as Jo and Gavin (they were soaked!).

Me & Jacqueline went to The Lagoon while the boys went and bathe. Then, when they retutned, we had our lunch. Left for home. Now I'm bak, and Mum's out at Mid Valley. So, tht's all lah.

Signing off...

Tuesday, 13 March 2007

So I spent Monday waiting for Tuesday. Hahaha. Anyway, Wei Shern called y'day and asked whether he cud tag along with me and Mervy cos Mervy told him tht he's going out wit me today. Gavin said he merajuk I tak ajak him. Lol. It seems tht ppl who merajuk tak tau penat, cos he said he doesn't mind walking to SS2. Haha.

Went to Evangel 1st. Mervy bought two books and I bought one. Then, went to Salvation and got two books and a CD for myself. Wei Shern bought two CDs. Yay! My first Christian books. Not my first Christian CD, tho. Hehe.

After tht, we went to 1U. Had lunch at Wong Kok, whr we met up with Aunty Mee Ching. She said my specs is nice. Hehe. Wei Shern and Jo were making such a fuss the entire time. They're so noisy. Then Mum and Aunty MC went off, and the four of us left Wong Kok and walked by ourselves.

Wei Shern was finding for glow-in-the-dark stars. Hehe. Art Attack didn't hve any and nowhr else did. Spent the rest of our time at MPH. I saw this book, but didn't get it. I figure I hve enough to last me for now.

Then, we waited for Koko Jack at the Gelato Fruity store. Fine, choc IS the safest flavour. Haha. I had green apple. Yah. I knw. I dunno how my bro made me agree to choosing tht one.

Left 1U, and headed home. Mervy and Wei Shern watched an episode of "Heroes", then we all went to the pasar malam (Tuesday one, duh XD). Bumped into Vincent. They were going for futsal at 5.30, so Wei Shern and Jo will be joining them, ryte abt now.

Now I'm at home, blogging. Azure Ray's "Sleep" jus finished d/l-ing! I lik it. Nice song. Hehe. OK lah, txting Tutor now. Gotta layan him.

OK... Updates on my life... Hehe...

I got new specs this week! A red-black-white kind of specs, frm Oakley. Plastic, full frame. Yep. At 1st the comments were divided. Then those who said they preferred my previous one got used to this one and said it did indeed look nicer. Haha. Tuesday nite, went for choir practice, and Wei Shern (thumbs up), Gavin ("You look a lot smarter. Nice. Hehe.") and Mervy ("Cool! In the light, tht thing is lik, glaring at me.") said what they said. Lol.

Monthly test started y'day. I think I didn't do very well for Maths. Complained to Tutor. But felt better after tht. At least today's papers were good. Tht's what I think. But usually the feeling I get and the results in the end are the total opposite of each other. Haha.

I'm sitting inside =( I wanted to sit outside. Since I'll nvr ever get to be in a class in the block I'm at now, I wanted to try sitting outside! And besides, K, S & D's got their As outside. Aih. Usher sits outside, tho. Haha. She said she misses my talking. XD

Yay! I got Lydidi's ruler adi! Hoho. I saw her ruler on Tuesday nite. And it's real special. The other side's numbers are in red. It's jus lik the one I lost, which I loved so much and either misplaced or it disappeared on its own. Haha. I was s'posed to get it y'day. But I missed her after skl. So, today, stopped at the junction outside and took the ruler! Haha. I traded it with mine lah. I hve - had - 3, so I gav her choose. But she said she dunno which one to take. So I said, "Jus take it all." Then Kym called me a "ruler freak" when I showed her what was special abt the ruler. Hahaha.

I'm alone at home now. I lik being alone at home. Hehe. Havta study this afternoon. Sigh. I hope I get what I read.
